THE “INKOR-20” BLOCK FOR PREPARATION OF EMULSIONS
The “INKOR-20” block for the preparation of emulsions is used to prepare drilling fluids and compounds.
The following options for the preparation of drilling fluids and compounds are possible: water-based salts of different density, chemicals, process fluids, compositions based on hydrocarbon (gas condensate stable up to 80%, oil, diesel fuel, gasoline).
The equipment is applied in the following spheres: the bottom-hole zone of oil and gas wells, operations aimed at increasing oil recovery. In addition, it is possible to prepare the compositions for killing and carrying out technological operations during overhaul and repair of underground wells.
The application of injector-type hydraulic giants together with mechanical agitators exclude the sedimentation and caking of heavy particles both on the bottom and in the corners of the tank, which ensures the high level of mixing and results in the time of solution preparation being reduced. The “INKOR-20” block includes a filter unit that provides the ready-made solutions and compounds filtration up to 5 microns during the intake operation and requires no additional filtration stages.
The application of the explosion-proof electrical equipment makes it possible to use this block at the distance of less than 25 m to the mouth of a well.
When supplied with the remote electrical control cabinets of the common standard and with more than 30 m of cable, the “INKOR-20” blocks can also be used at the distance of less than 25 m to the mouth of a well, at that the cost of a single block will be significantly reduced.
The “INKOR-20” block can be applied as a part of a well rig circulating system or as a nonintegral unit. Installation of all units of the “INKOR-20” block as nonintegral units on a single frame ensures a high level of the industrial safety, reliability and rig-up. In addition, it is convenient to transport the block to the job site and in service.
The above equipment can differ in tank volume, in configuration for stirring, and in the shelter feature. The configuration can be changed on the request of a client.1
