THE DRILLING-MUD CLEANING SYSTEM: THE MOBILE DRILLING-MUD CLEANING BLOCK “INKOR-40”
The mobile drilling-mud cleaning block “INKOR-40” is designed for carrying out high-performance cleaning of heavy and nonweighted mud of slime and degassing during oil, gas and wild cat well boring. It can be operated as having version UKHL1 (Moderately Cold Climate) according to GOST (State Standard) 15150 (-45 ... +45 `C`).
The drilling mud cleaning block INKOR can be equipped with a three- or four-stage drilling mud cleaning system, a drilling mud degasser, a pumping unit. It can be separated into sections connected by means of overhead and lower cross-flows. The system of grooves and gates ensures the minimal volume of drilling mud in the tank while using any of the enabled stages of the cleaning system. The cleaning block tank is equipped with attachments for slime discharge, a folding site on the side of the slime discharge, a folding site on the side of the drilling mud delivery from the well head, a ladder with railings for going down.
All the electrical equipment is explosion-proof. All the electric motors, control boards and illuminators used in the modular circulating system, and modules as a whole provide for ground connection in accordance with the existing requirements.1
