MOBILE CIRCULATING SYSTEM «INKOR-120-MCS» FOR WELL BORING
The mobile circulating system “INKOR” for boring main holes is a part of boring apparatus and designed for preparation, storage, cleaning, and processing of drilling fluids at well boring. It is used as a part of boring apparatus of all classes.
The circulation system is composed of:
- the block for cleaning drilling fluids;
- the block for storing drilling fluids;
- the block for preparation and dosing drilling fluids;
- process water tanks.
The circulating systems are completed with the equipment for purifying, preparation and circulation of drilling fluids. Subject to the volume needed and the location of the tank farm on the drill site, the circulating systems provide for various hydraulic circuits.
The circulating systems can be manufactures with various types of shelters. For example, it is possible to provide for a common or an individual shelter. The shelter can be of a soft type or on a rigid frame. It is also possible to supply a quick-detachable frame, etc. The circulating equipment is completed with roof fans, lamps, steam heating pipework. Walls and bottoms can be of the usual type or of the northern type with double heat insulated walls.
The design of circulating systems and their elements (service sites, ladders, floors and fences, etc.) is carried out in accordance with safety regulations in oil and gas industry (08-624-03).
On the client demand the circulation system can be completed with the equipment of foreign (SWACO, DERRICK, BRANDT, GN Solid controls) or domestic origin.1
