THE SUPPLEMENTARY TANK BLOCK “INKOR-160”
The supplementary tank block “INKOR-160” (STB) is designed for redundant receiving, storing and transportation of various drilling fluids and process water for needs of a drilling rig.
The STB is a built-up modular construction consisting of the following elements: the tank block composed of two measuring tanks for storing the solution “TM-40”, two measuring tanks for storing the process water “TM-40”, and four adjusting blocks of the “BSU” type. The adjusting blocks are constructed and manufactured individually for each measuring tank and have the corresponding marking.
The section of the supply header used for the delivery of a process fluid is mounted on each measuring tank. When mounting the tank block, separate sections are connected by means of rubber compensators and form one collector. The process water is delivered to any of the measuring tanks of the STB through that collector.
