THE TECHNOLOGICAL TANK “INKOR-40TE” FOR THE FLUID STORAGE
FUNCTION
The technological tank “INKOR-40TE” is designed to receive, store and transmit various process fluids, mud and process water.
DESIGN FEATURES
The tank is comprised of a foundation frame made in the form of a skid and designed as a supporting structure. The tank bottom, front and side walls are welded onto the foundation frame. The floor of the tank is welded on the walls and on the bottom. The floor is an operating platform. The above assemblage forms the tank body with a certain volume. To carry out handling operations mounting brackets are welded on the side walls. Inside the tank there is a partition dividing it into two compartments. A receiving ditch is mounted into the perimeter of the tank, below the floor level. Pipe branches for the tank unloading are welded onto the butts of the tank. The butts also play the role of emergency cross-flows. Two cleanout boxes are mounted on the side surface of the tank. They are needed to remove the mud remains. On the operating platform there are two manholes with ladders leading inside the tank.
NOTE
The above equipment can differ in tank volume, in kitting-up, and in configuration. The configuration can be changed on the request of a client.
