VERTICAL GEL TANK
FUNCTION OF THE VERTICAL GEL TANK:
Vertical gel tank (VGT) is designed for preparation and delivering of process fluids (gels) and their mixtures at hydraulic fracturing.
DESIGN FEATURES:
The active position of the tank is vertical. The tank construction provides the reception and delivery of the product, examination and scraping of inner surfaces in the transport position, fluid level control, heating of fluid at low temperatures. A service site, a ladder, fences are provided. The tank construction provides the possibility to perform handling operations by means of a crane, the heavy equipment, and the self-loader system.

- With a volume 75 m3;
- With heat insulation;
- With the acid-proof coating of the inner surface.
